Entrupy

We offer authentication services through Entrupy. Bring your items for verification for a fee. Once we receive your bag, we will notify you and begin evaluating it using Entrupy, an advanced artificial intelligence system combined with a microscope to determine the authenticity of the bag.

The evaluation results from Entrupy may take between 1 and 3 days, and for Hermès bags, it may take up to a week.

If the bag is confirmed as original, a certificate will be automatically issued.

Please note that we are not responsible for the outcome of the test, and no refunds will be provided if the bag is determined to be not original.
